The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. PTCS Heat Pump upgrade with duct sealing: $1,000
PTCS Heat Pump upgrade with no duct sealing: $500
PTCS Heat Pump Electric Furnace Conversion with duct sealing: $1,900
PTCS Heat Pump Electric Furnace Conversion with duct no sealing: $1,400
Attic Insulation $0.80 per sq ft
Floor Insulation: $0.77 per sq ft
Wall Insulation $0.61 per sq ft
PTCS Duct Sealing: $500
Replacement Windows: $6.00 per sq ft
Eligible System Size:Water Heaters: 50-105 gallons
Equipment Requirements:Water Heaters .85 - .94 EF minimum depending on size
Appliances: must be Energy Star rated, see program web site for further details
Standard Installation Heat Pumps: must have 8.5 HSPF and at least 13 SEER
PTCS Heat Pumps: must have 8.5 HSPF and at least 14 SEER
Insulation (Required Level): R-49 (Attic), R-30 (Floor), R-15 (Wall)
Replacement Windows: must be Energy Star with a U-Value of .30 or less
Installation Requirements:Homes must be electrically heated to qualify for Weatherization Rebate Program.

Summary:

The Tillamook County Public Utility District (PUD) offers residential customers standard rebates on efficient appliances, weatherization measures, and HVAC measures. Eligible equipment includes Energy Star certified clothes washers, refrigerators, and dishwashers; as well as water heaters, heat pumps, performance duct testing and sealing, and energy efficient replacement windows. To qualify for a rebate for a heat pump, an audit must be done prior to any work being completed. More information and rebate forms are located on the program web site.

In addition to the various rebate programs, Tillamook County PUD offers low or zero interest financing for Energy Star appliances, Marathon water heaters, heat pump installations, and performance duct testing and sealing, and weatherization measures.
