Summary:
Unitil offers its New Hampshire residential customers a no interest loan program to encourage more energy efficient homes. The loan agreement specified monthly charges and repayment period for loans between $500-$7500 and up to 7 years. Participants may pay any remaining balance of loans to Unitil at any time without penalty. Late payment charges may apply if monthly costs are not covered. Customers are eligible as long as they have not received a disconnect notice from Unitil in the last year and own the property where efficiency measures are installed.
