The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Thank you for your continued support and patience during this transition. We hope you are as excited for December as we are!

Efficiency Maine offers natural gas efficiency rebates to Unitil customers. Equipment eligible for rebates includes boilers, furnaces, heaters, and gas-fired commercial kitchen equipment. Rebates are available for the construction or renovation of commercial, industrial, institutional, educational, or municipal buildings. Additionally, multifamily buildings are eligible under this program if equipment upgrades serve common areas or serve two or more units. Rebates are also available for replacement of equipment that has failed or is at the end of its useful life. For natural gas-fired boilers, furnaces and heaters, customers must also provide AHRI Certificates for each type of eligible equipment proposed. View the program web site for full program details and equipment requirements.
