Lighting Occupancy Sensors: $7/sensor
Air Conditioners: $20/ton

Equipment Requirements:View program web site for all equipment standards
Duct Sealing: < 15% duct leakage, and ductwork must be in unconditioned spaces.
Appliances: Most require ust be ENERGY STAR qualified.
Cool Reflective Roof: ENERGY STAR® rated roofing must be over conditioned space s; C ool Roof must meet program technical guidelines
Custom Lighting: must operate at least 1000 hours per year

Summary:
 Georgia Power offers rebates to business customers who pay taxes and non-tax paying commercial customers. Incentives are available for lighting, HVAC, food service equipment, refrigeration equipment, water heating measures and others. Prescriptive and Custom lighting measures are available for new or existing facilities. The applications found on the web site above, as well as supporting documentation for tax status and eligibility as a Georgia Power commercial rate customer, will establish eligibility to begin upgrade installation.
