Summary:
Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) offers several rebates to commercial customers for energy efficiency improvements. Rebates are available for HVAC maintenance, heat pumps, duct leak repairs, insulation, LED exit signs and compact fluorescent bulbs. Insulation rebates are only available to small business customers. The required level of insulation over or under air conditioned space is R-30 in the attic or R-15 under raised floor. Commercial lighting retrofits that accomplish 25% reductions in energy use are eligible for rebates of up to $2,500, at a rate of $150 per kW reduced.
