The U.S. Department of Energy and the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center are excited to announce that a new, modernized DSIRE is under construction. The new version of DSIRE will offer significant improvements over the current version, including expanded data accessibility and an array of new tools for site users. The new DSIRE site will be available in December 2014. Staff are currently working hard on the new version of DSIRE but are also maintaining the content of the current version of DSIRE. Ukiah Utilities - PV Buydown Program

$1.40/watt AC; incentive may be reduced based on expected performance
Maximum Incentive:Residential: $7,000; Commercial: $20,000
Eligible System Size:1 MW maximum
Equipment Requirements:Flat plate PV modules and inverters must be UL-certified and must appear on the latest California Energy Commission-certified list.
Systems must carry a minimum 10-year, full-system warranty.
Installation Requirements:PV systems must be installed by appropriately licensed California contractors in accordance with all local and state regulations.

Summary:

Through Ukiah Utilities’ PV Buydown Program, residential and commercial customers are eligible for a $1.40-per-watt AC rebate on qualifying grid-connected PV systems up to a maximum system size of 1 MW. In keeping with SB1, the incentive level will decrease annually on July 1 over the 10 year life of the program. Rebates are available on a first come, first served basis and are limited to $7,000 per residential installation and $20,000 per commercial installation.
